You acknowledge that jetsetters.tv, is acting as either a first party or third party contractor or vendor or tour operators, airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other suppliers and products worldwide related to travel, entertainment, tickets, reservations, sports, concerts, etc., and as a third party vendor only the supplier is responsible for delivery of said travel products. jetsetters.tv is only a PR amd Marketing and news and informational gathering site, a marketing platform site, and is not involved in financial transactions between the user(s) or suppliers. Financial transactions, credit card orders, electronic payment systems, checks or other money instruments are not in the hands of jetsetters.tv, but we act as an affiliate platform for these suppliers.

There is no guarantee as to the length of time each supplier will take to process a filing, nor can we predict the supplier's workload, seasonal increase in demand, the time the Post Office or Courier Service will take to send a document or any other time estimate. Processing and shipment of prodcuts and services are not in the hands of jetsetters.tv, but suppliers..

If you are not satisfied with a supplier or our services or a venue's code of operation please contact us and we will take reasonable efforts to make sure you are satisfied by the vendor or supplier. If you are seeking a stronger guarantee it is recommended that you contact an attorney.

IIf an order of a product or service from jetsetters.tv is cancelled after payment has been takenby the suppliers and vendors featured on jetsetters.tv, refunds are at the discretion of the suppliers' or vendors' refund and canellation policies.

Because jetsetters.tv collect no monies directly for products or services from its site except from contracts with bands or cultural groups directly, we have no legal authority or power to enact a refund or cancellaton. Do not call jetsetters.tv for refunds or cancellations. Hotel cancellatons can be done through the hotel databases featured on Jetstreams.com, but refunds are at the discretion of the vendors and supplirs, with oftentimes time restraints in place by vendors and sppliers dependent on their own legal or privacy policies. Jetstreams.com, does not issue reservation or confirmation numbers, but these reservation or confirmation numbers are supplied by the suppliers and vendors featured on Jetsettersblog.com, and they are usually issued at the time of the onlne reservations. Retaiin confirmation numbers for your records.

Correspondence to jetsetters.tv, cannot be guaranteed for response via postal mail or email. jetsetters.tv, is not a direct response reservation service so do not call or email us for reservations.

In addition, while jetsetters.tv, will go to reasonable efforts to maintain database and vendor and supplier links, mechanical or human error may occur. Thus, if for any reason yourreservation or product is unreasonably delayed, destroyed, misplaced, or otherwise missing, jetsetters.tv, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR COMPENSATORY DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY WITH jetsetters.tv, WILL BE A COMPLETE REDEMPTION OF FEES PAID TO FEATURED SUPPLIERS AND VENDORS on jetsetters.tv, . ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES AWAIVER OF ANY AND ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES AT LAW OR EQUITY.

Under no circumstances will jetsetters.tv, its advisors, agents, and employees be liable or responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused or alleged to be caused by the use of our services as an information and marketing hub and platform .
